Visited their Project Mercury Township and found the development works very good. Only thing is they are not providing Club House. But they have priced their project very reasonably when compared to others in the same locality. When asked about the club house they replied that, these projects are usually for investment purpose and if not maintained well, the club house will become a burden to the owners and it will spoil the aesthetics and depreciates the project. Got convinced and booked a plot and got the registration done within 10 days. I found them very professional and trustworthy
